Common questions
A quick answer may be enough.
Where does NoDopa work?
NoDopa protects the Chrome browser profile where it is installed. It cannot control other browsers, mobile apps, other devices, or another person’s activity.
Can I use it without an account?
Yes. Core local focus sessions, local rules, YouTube cleanup, Learning, notes, saved overrides, and local analytics work without signing in.
Why did a page get blocked?
Check the focus goal and protection rules you selected for the session. If Smart Focus was enabled, the page may also have been compared with your current goal using limited page context.
Where do I manage billing?
Paid subscriptions are managed through the Dodo Payments customer portal linked from NoDopa. NoDopa does not store your card details.
What should I include in a support email?
Include a short description, your Chrome and NoDopa versions, the affected area, and an order number for billing issues. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, card details, or private page content.
