How NoDopa works

NoDopa is a Chrome extension that helps you stay focused on what you came online to do — without blocking the internet entirely.

The problem isn’t the internet.

The internet is genuinely useful for work, learning, and research. The problem is when useful browsing silently shifts into distracting loops — infinite feeds, autoplay, recommendation rabbit holes — and you don’t notice until time has passed.

A simple flow

01

Set your intention

Before you start browsing, tell NoDopa what you’re here to do. This takes a few seconds.

02

Browse normally

Use the internet for whatever you need. NoDopa runs quietly in the background.

Get a nudge when you drift

If your browsing shifts into a distracting loop, NoDopa helps interrupt the pattern and bring your attention back.

Designed around your boundaries

NoDopa doesn’t decide what’s useful and what isn’t. You set your own boundaries. NoDopa helps you keep them.

Try it yourself.
