Creator Programme Terms

These terms govern participation in the NoDopa AI Creator Programme. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. A partnership starts only after NoDopa AI approves and activates the creator account.

Honest recommendations and disclosure

Creators must describe NoDopa AI truthfully and clearly disclose the financial relationship wherever required. Do not promise guaranteed focus, academic, health, income, or productivity outcomes, and do not impersonate NoDopa AI.

Attribution

Referral-link visits are analytics only. A purchase is attributed when a signed-in customer uses the creator code at checkout and the payment is confirmed by NoDopa AI's signed payment webhook. Attribution cannot be transferred between creators. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fabricated purchases, and other attempts to manufacture commission are prohibited.

Discount and commission terms

The creator workspace shows the approved audience discount, commission method, eligible billing periods, holding period, payout currency, and minimum payout. Commission is calculated from eligible net revenue after discounts, tax, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and other reversals. The recorded creator-specific terms control if they differ from general programme descriptions.

Holding periods, reversals, and payouts

Commission remains pending during the stated holding period. Refunds, fraud, chargebacks, and disputes can freeze or reverse unpaid commission and can create an adjustment against later payouts when commission was already paid. Eligible balances are normally reviewed monthly and paid after reaching the displayed minimum. Creators are responsible for accurate payout and tax information.

Programme access

The creator workspace is private and read-only. Creators must protect access to their email account and may not access another creator's information. NoDopa AI may pause or end participation for misleading promotion, abuse, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. Valid accrued amounts remain subject to refunds, disputes, minimums, and required verification.

Changes

NoDopa AI may change programme terms for future activity with reasonable notice. Material changes will not silently rewrite commission already recorded under an earlier snapshot. Continued participation after the effective date may require acceptance of an updated terms version.
